Hygiene notice

For health and hygiene reasons, false lashes cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the lashes have been worn, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unopened items

If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused lashes in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@mylittlesecret.example within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right.
